Transformative Healing Arts Retreat with Craig

Join Craig at Aya House for 4 days and 3 nights of Yoga and Transformational healing arts up in the mountains north of Maspalomas on the island of Gran Canaria, Open to all levels

During our time together we will explore all aspects of our being and connect to your innate energy of joy. from our physical body to our transpersonal selves through the means of yoga, meditation, chants, breathwork and shamanic practices. All sessions are optional and you can do as much or as little as you like.3 meals a day of nutritional delicious food, as well as all the facilities of Aya House to enjoy. These includes: Hot tub, Bali beds, Gym and all rooms will have a kingside bed per person with either ensuite or dedicated bathroom. Extra massage and therapy treatments available upon request
